Request VB help.

Hi, I realy need help with my vBulletin forum.

I have recently installed CYB Chatbox, it installed fine but I am getting the following errors within the chat box:

The following error is appearing inside the chat and on misc.php.

Edit: I have CHMOD the misc.php /includes/ and /includes/class_bbcode.php files/folders.
