Help Setting up a wireless network

I need help setting up my wireless network adapter it just says failed ip all the time +rep for all help

Its simple really. What have you been doing? You should scan for your HUB, find it, enter it the password and connect to it. Thats what I did. Maybe took longer than that but yeah.
