It's a map of the world which just keeps moving past on the screen. I'm guessing it will be renamed to Santa Tracker or something to that effect later on. When clicked on AU, it just opens a link to their (unfinished) Christmas 09 Group page.
Oh, and thankfully - it's tradeable on the AU hotel, let's hope this is the same on UK too! :P
