So I bought an iPod touch 3g on firmeware 3.1.2 and when looking for software I could only find the software blackra1n which only jailbreaks ipod touches 1g + 2g on 3.1.2 untethered does anybody know any softwares which can jailbreak 3g firmware 3.1.2 ipod touches untethered :S

I don't think the Touch 3rd Gen can be untethered yet.

There isn't a jailbreak at the moment for; newly built iPhone 3GS's models because they have a new bootroom, and at the moment there is also no jailbreak for the iPod Touch 3G (which have the same bootroom as the new iPhone 3GS).
Think that's rite anyway, pretty sure it is, someone should correct me if they KNOW I am wrong.
