New staff?

Not sure if it has been posted on here but I had sent an email regarding something related to fansites. I got a reply from a new member of staff I'd never seen before.

Although she didn't actually help me at all... because that is just a copy and pasted reply because she clearly didn't know because she's a newbie!! Anyway so I went to go on her homepage here: http://www.habbo.co.uk/home/tabialthea but it was hidden :S

Wasn't she a mod on the us hotel or something? Good to see some new player support staff at last though.

Not that I know of but that would make sense. I don't see why they don't get 2/3 mods in to deal with PS stuff, give them a bit of extra money and get through the huge back log.

Never seen or heard of her before.

Well on first impressions, she's pretty useless.

Probably just hired anybody with a little experiance to make it look like theyre making progress.
