HELP PLS +REP

Okay I know it sounds dumb, but I downloaded a keylogger to understand the coding etc, anyway, kind of failed and now I can't use Facebook, Youtube, MSN, etc. because I have now been given a host of undectable viruses.
Main concern is MSN, my password and secret Q&A have been changed.
Help with getting account back would help loads!
