This has happened to me a couple of times lately. It just does nothing right?
Last time it also error'd me. :(
I think it's some kind of error/glitch on Habbo's part, but if you reload the hotel a few times it might work again.
It's odd really, but it should correct itself hopefully.

Reload the hotel and buy the stuff before doing anything else.

New Habbo is filled with glitches at the moment. hopefully after a few months everything will be ok.
