Can exchange a demonoid invite

I can, but I have to be able to trust you to maintain a good ratio and not hit-and-run on any torrents. Inviters are responsible for invitees you see, so if you screw up it could jeopardise my account on there.

It's harder to seed on private trackers then on places like Demonoid as everyone is trying to maintain a good ratio. Remember the ratio of the system as a whole is 1. Also, lots of people have seedboxes (dedicated servers for seeding their torrents at high speed) so when someone jumps on a torrent that you're seeding their download finishes very quickly, maxing out their connection so the time that you are able to get some upload credit is small. IPTorrents is by far the easiest private tracker to seed on though.
