I'm sure this mistake in permissions is just that: a mistake.
I'll get an admin to sort it out. :)
Yeah it is obviously a mistake due to the subforums being removed, meaning that the "Suggest Competitions" obviously got muddled up or something. Mike has really said it all but that is probably the reasoning behind it.
I fixed this earlier, if you find any more issues with it let me or someone else know and I'm sure it will be fixed ASAP. :)
