Me and 3 friends were playing hockey at school, and loads of people where hitting stones so i hit some mud and someone smashed the window into loads of peices.
Of course, me and my friends were blamed cos we looked at it and apparently she saw me hit the stone directly at it and laugh :s
And it wasn't even us, she said to us after school she knew it wasn't us but someone has to take the blame and pay up.
The headteacher even said it wasn't us ***
If they've admitted that that they know you did not do it then they can hardly punish you for something they know you didn't do.
exactly :/ but they're trying to force us to say yes it was us
If they've said they know you didn't do it then surely their other option is to look else where?
well you and your mates know it's not you and stick to that and the truth should come out.
Surely they could be like fired for blaming you? Or cautioned by what comitee covers schooling.

Try having a head teacher who is that.
If you didn't do anything, what is there to worry about? They can't blame you for something you didn't do.. :P
Happens to me all the time, but on a lower-scale, stuff like shouting out, calling names. Just keep to the same story and don't act like it's affecting you. Try and state your point in front of a trusted member of staff and they might believe you.
