i need loads of these to teleport coz i cant be bothered walking anywhere:P anyone got or where do i buy them. Magic shop in varrock dont sell them

get 28 rune ess not on note and go to the alter thers bound to be someone there who need em if not try world 2 or sumin and in return you get 26 laws and 28ess on note

or buy off ppl most ppl do for a k each if u a non member but u can get 4 400 or 500 each :)

Get 27 unnoted ess, and go to port sarmin on world 66. (It has to be 66) Then talk to the monk of entrana and say that you want to go to wherever he takes you :p But you cant wear any armour. From there you go to the runecrafters which I cant really explain where they are, but they are northeast. There's usually tuns of people there. Once you are there you trade the people in the Zamorak robes (red) and you give them the noted 27 essense and they will give you 28 laws and 27 noted ess. Then you need to go back on the ship, go to the bank and you can do it all again.

But its for members only.

Impossible Thats 28 Laws unnoted, 27 Noted -.- Meaning 29 Spaces Dont You Mean 27 Laws And 28 noted? ;]
