i want one where do i go to get it or how do i make one??

Edit: i went to the shop but all he had was gold rings everything was out of stock and wonder y???

You can buy an emerald ring and enchant it with lvl 27 magic, you can get a ring mould, a golden ring and an emerald and smith one (40 smithing needed) or you can just buy one for 5K.

Emerald
And use Gold Bar on The Furnace Smelt Emerald Ring Enchant With lvl 27 Mage =]

Or simply buy one from another player.
