What game is this?

I've been looking for the name of this game, my Grandad had it but he died :( .

It's where theres loads of different countries and you get a flying boat, and you have to travel to different countries, and trade, get a new flying boat, and you can get attacked by other flying boats, things like that. I think it's a disc game, and you can't play with other people. Does anyone know? I'll give you +REP if you do.
