I woudn't pay as much as 1000 creds but I think it's still worth trying to get a deal out of him.
Yeh do it youll make a profit in the long run maybe.
Whats the point? you dont know for certain if value will rise or even if it will be released in cat shortly after merge as its not released on other hotels.

It could be good profit, however fans dont usually sell at all.
Its not that popular in all honesty.
Yellow fans are not very popular items but, saying that, they did rise alot before. However, I still wouldn't pay 1000c but it's up to you! :)
