Is this rude?

Right basically today i went into the orange shop cos i owe them money idc im not payin :x

I said i wanna change my adress.

He goes WELL RING THEM UP THEN

I was like well i havnt paid my bill an i wanna know when they gonna cut me off

He goes WELL WHY DIDNT U PAY?

I was like mind your own buisness told him he was a nosey %$%& an walked out.


I rang them up an some indian bloke answered so i put the phone down.

Rang up again an got another indian bloke an i thought ;l so i said can u put me through to someone english.


Now is that rude? The bit in red cos im not bein funny but why do you have people so fast that i cant understand a word they say using telephones?

Yeh well idc about the bloke in the shop he shouldnt be so bloody nosey as to why i aint paid.

All i wanted to know was the "can u put me onto someone english" bit was rude cos i dont think it was my dad was like ur so rude on the phone

Yes I would consider this rude.

I once was speaking to a Scottish man on the phone at work and he started to moan at me because he couldn't understand my English accent.. although you weren't really horrible the guy is only trying to do his job which is what I ended up telling the Scottish man lol

In Canada they log every communication with a customer and employee. I've called them before and been denied customer service because they said I was rude in a previous call, when they're the ones who screwed up.

And they wonder why 60% of Canadians don't like Bell Mobility:P

some companys have call centers in india, so you'll have to put up with an indian accent.

the guy in the shop may have asked you that question because they might be able to help, e.g. they might be able to find you a lower contract if you can't afford the monthly payments, you could've just said personal and they would say no more.

i wouldn't be proud of it if it was me

Idc how i speak to people they work there they deal with it the amount of times orange have pissed me about i think i deserve to tell them where to go after 12 months on their contract they ****** my bill up 8 times and wont cancel without a buyout which is why i changed adress to my dads whos about to move cancelled my cards an they are gonna have fun finding me tbh

Those individuals working there haven't done anything to you, they just want to make a living.

Actually the one of them was the idiot who told me i would be able to hopout of my contract if they ****** up my bill again they ****** it up then i still wasnt allowed out free, surprise surprise.
