Im from Habbo Au, and we are merging with UK today I believe.
Just wondering what will these items be worth after the merge. Thanks.

First of all welcome to Habboxforum. I'm not sure when we are merging but it's going to be very soon we've not had any official announcement yet i do believe so i'm not sure when. For UK values make sure you use www.Habbox.com it's the best and the only one really, updated regularly etc etc.
So for the values, firstly it's hard to give any figure to the amount something will be worth after the merge until we actually merge and trades start to occur but i can give you the values of each item on each of the hotels, and this should give you a rough idea as to whether something will be increasing or decreasing in value.
Melbourne Cup/Gold Cup
AU: 10HC
SG: 197.8HC
USA: 650HC
UK: 70HC
Could increase looking at the values. They are used loads in casino's on UK and i'm sure that the same on USA, and as trends show casino rares are more desirable and thus are worth more.
Flying V Guitar
AU: 0.25HC
SG: N/A (Can't seem to find it on SG, maybe it's unreleased)
USA: Same as above
UK: 1008HC
Although it is unreleased (i think) on two for the four hotels, and is worth a high values on UK, i can't see this doing amazing, don't get me wrong i think it'll increase but with a value as low as 0.25HC on AU there must be loads of them and thus i won't be worth incredible values.

To my knowledge this is a promotional item released on AU only. Much like UK has idea agency teleports on UK. The good thing is that it's only on AU, the bad things are that there seems to be quite a few of them and due to them being branded they are only really personal to AU and not the rest of the hotels, they won't want them because they don't understand where they come from. Can't seem them rising much, if at all.

UK: 10HC
Unreleased on 2 for the hotels and it is kinda uncommon on the UK hotel. I think this could rise. Plus the green parasol is only on our hotel, i could see people trying to buy these to get a full set, so maybe if they are buying green to get a full set they will also start buying orange too, which means an increase.

The red v guitar is all over .com... It's always been less than ten coins same as skull. Don't know how u didntcatch that lol it was just recently in the punk rock 5 coin room deal. I bought around 30
Seen it now :P, 0.1HC with skull guitar, I was looking at normal rares on Bobbavalues presuming that it would be under that or supers. Plus they don't have a search function and i don't use USA hotel. My bad :P.

it's really hard to predict what values are going to be because one part of it is if people actually like the furni, if they don't like it they arent going to buy it
Exactly. Alot of people are just hoping that because their rare is very uncommon it will go up in price, this is not the case. You need to have furni that is already desireable AND is uncommon. You need to go with pillows, lasers etc etc not thing like Khaki sleeping bags for example (which are only released on UK but no one likes).Quote:

Here was my plan for making money out of the merge:
Having a figure in your head that you can to sell something at, once it is possible to sell at the figure sell it. So what if it goes up more, you've still made what you wanted and it could go down again.
When we have merged, don't sell straight away, there will be too many people selling. Keep that figure in your head and if someone offers you that, sell it, but if they don't just keep it. Don't rush to sell items like everyone else. There will be an initial rise after the merge, then a good fall and then things will start going up again. It'll be like the opposite of a double dip recession.
Those of you saying the red v guitar is less than 10 coins in the US hotel, it's not even in the US hotel. It's the V Guitar which is under 10 coins.
