And here was me thinking a few storylines on CSI were a little far-fetched. That's shocking. Like a plea of involuntariness was going to help in such a brutal case...

I really don't get why they thought that would justify doing what he did.

That is the world we live in now, everything is somebody elses fault bar their own.
An horrific murder which qualifies for the death penalty i'm sure, and fingers crossed he gets it.
