It wouldn't take very long, I suppose. Two, three hours or something along those lines. Maybe less.
For price, I'm not sure... around 400-600k, I guess?

I would suggest buying materials from the GE and making pizzas, but high quantitys of cheese is dead hard to find on the Grand Exchange; you could try going to the Bandit Camp but its awfully dangerous and long. I used to buy/fish tuna and cook them; although you do lose money its pretty much quick and effortless.
Wouldn't be that long, not sure on the price though.

what i meant was buy the anchovies and pizza base (cooked) then i just add the fish and it makes the anchovy pizza this also makes profit if i fish the fish :)
