I think digsite gives you about 15k mining exp not quite sure :) check the runehq guide for quest exp

Doric's Quest: 1300xp
Between a Rock: 5000xp
Digsite Quest: 15,300xp
Elemental Workshop: 500xp
Hero's Quest: 2575xp
Plague City: 2425xp
The Lost Tribe: 3000xp
The Giant Dwarf: 2500xp

actually no only 1 quest give rc exp

I dont think that there are any quests which give rc exp, but you can speak to the zamorackian wizard who will help you with your RuneCrafting ;p You will need to enter the wilderness to speak to him, its only level 5/6 wildy (Edgevile).

Yes, but you need a high range level in the first place to do them.
