Black Carps "Compensated?"

Does anyone know what items are compensated for what?

Habbo AU, Habbo SG, And Habbo US, Habbo CA all merged together, And the only hotel to get the black carps was habbo CA... I was wondering if UK will be getting the black carps, Or if they will get their own colour etc?

Is there ANY idea or list or ANYTHING to help me out ?
