I was looking through the gifts because my VIP was running out and never seen them before?

They aren't all that new, however they were added after the whole initial VIP thing came out. So it would be fair to say they are newer.

I only noticed them the other week. So I think they're fairly new.

Yeh there isn't any in existence yet as no ones got to that stage as VIP has only been out for like 6 weeks but they've always been there.
