Hey, someone sent me the : ) (without a space) emotion on MSN but it looked different so I decided to add it to test it, but now I can't remove it, it just has the option to pin and the emotion is really annoying.
I re-installed but it's still there, anyone have a clue?

I have had this same problem!
In a chat window click the emoticon options button then find your way through there. I could help you out a bit more but I'd need to know what version you're using.
If you need to remove a emotion, open chat and go on emotions and scroll down to custom emotions. Find the emotion and click it once and at the side underneath create click. :)
It's showing the right emotion but when I insert it, it does this one:
