Mine was several years ago because I had the flu.

4 months ago

Verruca.

I went a few weeks ago for my 3rd cancer jab.

About a week ago because I needed some hayfever tablets

A year ago. :)

However, I am currently sick so it may be very soon. :()

I last went a few months ago with this horrible pain in my chest whenever I tried to swallow food.

cervial cancer? so sore lol
about 3/4 month ago cause i have hyperpigmentation which is weird 'cause i'm pale, it's normally darker skins that get it ;l

i honestly dont remember the last time i went
i had to go for a blood test like last year but that was at asda and my mum sorted it out for me cus i couldnt be bothered goin doctors with her and she was goin anyway:)

Couple of weeks ago because i was really sick and couldnt stop :(

I haven't been for years, I don't have a doctor any more, I moved too far away from my last one so he dumped me :(
I didn't like him anyway, I went to see him once and he said I was lying about being in pain.
