Would make sense if they did update it but this is a UK celebrity visit so I guess that's why there's the previous UK manager :P

They are too lazy and probably dont even realise that that was the existing manager.

She's visiting the UK office which means they most likely made the image - it's good too see lost_witness around on the homepage.. somewhere.
