Hxhd positions

Before anyone starts **** no I didn't make this just because jamesOYES came back as super staff its happened a few times now.

Staff who resign from habbox forfeit there job, its hardly fair if other people are waiting in line doing a good job then a ex super staff member decides 'ah il just come back' I'm not sure about other departments but with habboxlive if you leave you forfeit your position (unless your normal staff of course).


I don't think staff who decide to leave habbox should be entitled to get that position back, for example thats like hoteluser leaving tomorrow then deciding to come back in a weeks time, it just seems very unprofessional.

If you get a job in tescos as a manager then decide to leave and come back a few weeks later, the position won't be available for that person no longer, yeah this is real life but I thought habbox wanted to be 'professional'.

This only ever seems to happen with the helpdesk all other departments as far as I know won't let that ex staff member have their position back, if someone is going to resign they have decided to leave, you can't just take your position back whenever you feel like it its just stupid.

I have to agree, if you are going to come back, you forfeit the position you once held. However, in the case of James... he should be allowed. To be fair, I think he kind of quit because he didn't get manager. I don't care if he did, I thought he deserved it more too and so did a lot of people, so he resigned in anger. (I am not starting the whole James deserved it more again.)

PEOPLE WHO QUIT because they are sick of it, shouldn't come back as superstaff.

People who quit shouldnt get their job back regardless

If you quit you should have to do the same as everyone else and re-apply etc

Because you used to be staff shouldn't give you a priviledge over other people in the room trying to get recommended or after applying etc

It's the same with comps. If you leave and want to return, you actually have to apply again (orangeesh applied, for example, even though he was assistant manager) although admittedly you don't have to do a trial. While not every department goes to that extreme and that's fine by me, it does weed out those who say they want to come back and those who actually mean it. I've also said before, much to the annoyance of some people, that if you return, you return with a fresh slate.

However, that being said, we don't really know the circumstances that led to James' return. He may have been offered his position back by the manager rather than the staff asking to return. If this was the case, it's hard to persuade someone to come back as normal staff. It's not fair but it happens, it's happened a few times in the events department as well.

If a member leaves for 3 days then decides to come back it's hardly showing dedication to the department.... lol

So you're saying that nobody should get their old position back but because it is James he can, that doesn't make much sense. In my opinion I don't think you should be allowed to get your old position back if you return. Other departments do this too so you can't just say it's HxHD.

If you quit I believe that you should wait at least a month before you should be allowed back like you have to if you get fired.

If you get fired then you should have to re-apply, but if you quit then you shouldn't have to re-apply and you can come back as normal staff.

If you quit you're giving you're job up

You become like every other member, when you want you're job back, you should be like every other member and have to do as they do, reapply, trial, etc

Not just act pally with the manager and ask for your job back

I would agree with you on this, We don't know the circumstances James left the department or the reason. Only David (and shar?) know the reasons and it may of be solved so that's why he has been asked to return (or decided).

You can't pick and choose what you like - No one should get priority over anyone else. If you like the rule then it should apply to everyone not specific people.

I would agree with you on this, If they want to come back they should have to wait for at least a long period of time (maybe a month, maybe shorter). With your last bit definitely agree, other people may have been working hard to get to the "next level" (normal staff > super staff) and then find out that the person has changed their mind and wants to come back.

You shouldn't have to re-apply, just have a cool off period.
