Slayer. You're training two skills at once and you'll be making cash from drops like herbs, runes etc. You can also kill better monsters at higher slayer levels which have better drops.
The stronghold of security also has a lot of good monsters to train on - spiders, flesh crawlers etc.
It also depends if you just want fast experience or want to make cash - Slayer is good for both.

are you a member? do some pyramid plunder and open the sarcophagus' and you'll get lots of xp (like 300 per in the higher rooms)

40 mining
80 fletching
3 strength
4 combat
all other stats 1 ;D

are u tryin to avoid hp?

no, i think when i get like 10 strength i'll do slayer :D
