I have taken a look at your post reports and I agree with the Super Moderators I am afraid, the posts you have reported have a somewhat constructive element.
If users were constantly posting "Congrats, congrats" in every thread in a short space of time - this is spamming. What you've reported is not breaking the rules in my eyes, and in my vastly experiences moderator's eyes.
May I add, if you continue to spam the post report system, further action will be taken.
