Award "Issue Reason"

I don't know who is the person who adds the awards to peoples profile as I know several people do it but I think that who ever adds the awards needs to make sure that the issue reasons are, typed properly?

To me it doesn't really radiate professional fansite when I read them. The awards I have seen on peoples profiles over the past few weeks haven't all been like this but I have noticed that a fair few awards issue reasons are typed like the above. It's good that they are all added and written personally by who ever but surely there could be some capitals and better reasons like many others I've seen?

Sometimes it is easy to forget to clear the "Issue Reason" box - which the user fills in on user requested awards - this shouldn't happen and hasn't happened since around the introduction of the awards :P

Mine have been alright but I think SPAG needs to be perfect with the reasons (well I say alright but there have been full stops missing).

Ahh right I see now that the dates when they were issued a couple of months ago :P
