McDonalds Group Interview

Hey,

I've got through to the interview stage at McDonalds and it's a group interview for a 'customer care assistant'. Has anyone had one of these before and what can I expect?

Also, what shall I wear lol?

Not sure on what you wear. If I'm correct, a group is a more informal interview so something thats casual but presentable (Not 100% sure).

You will then have to interact with the group(s) with problem solving skills etc.. so make sure you work well as a group as they will observe your skills. Be careful what you say in the groups, some of the 'candidates' are actually staff observing you more (So don't bad mouth people etc..).

They will then accept a hand full who will move onto a more formal interview.
