First of all how old are you and how old are they? Also is this happening in or out of school if you do go to school?
Boys have penis' .. kick them in that area. They should stop.

Ok, so you're 12 and you are getting stalked.
If you're worried, wear trouers to school. Walk with a friend everywhere.
If it's happening in school tell a responsible adult like a teacher.
If it's happening outside of school tell your parents, or the police.
