First Room - AMAZING STACKING 10/10
Second Rom - Very Nice Theme! :D 9.5/10
Third Room - Add a little more furni to make it look special?

The first one looks great! I've seen the second one before but that also looks quite nice. The third room, however, seems a little too basic/common. +rep though :)
First one is okay I guess. I don't like the stadium benches. 8/10
I've also seen the second one and theres nothing really special about it. 6/10
Third one looks way too small, too basic and small. 4/10
They're ok, none of them really appeal to me.
The first I simply dislike the grass and box's.
The second one stands out as good potential. I would use Holodices, and maybe instead of those hideous ice walls place snowglobes. I did this in an old room and it went down well. I also think the tiles are out of place.
The third is just plain small and boring with a random penguin and those out-of-place tiles.
