Basically, I accidently turned off my computer when it was going in to sleep mode last night. Now when I turn it on it just stays at the noisy bit when everything starts working. But the computer won't started up :(

On boot up tap F8 and then select "Last known good configuration" :)

Update:
The green light on the mobo does turn on.
It boots up, then stops, then starts to boot again and stays there.
Update: its not the hdd. I just tried a different one (that works in other pc) and the same thing happened

simple google search might have the answer.
Take your bios battery out for a couple of minutes it may be that.
