So Enter Shikari have just released their first single since February, and if i'm honest i think it's a right cracker. Lovin' the whole mixing of Take to the skies and Common dreads. Anyway enough of my babble; whatcha think?

I love ES, but I'm not a huge huge fan of this. The breakdown is pretty sweet, but I can't say I'm to fond of his vocals. Having said that, I said the exact same thing when Common Dreads came out, and I love that album now. I am sort of bored of them singing about how ****** the country/world is and all this stuff though
Yeah, I agree. Their songs were over-political in Common Dreads. I've listened to the song a few more times now and I'm not 100% sure about it now. I don't like the beginning and I think Rou's vocals aren't as strong as we know they can be. I still like it though.Quote:

I don't really understand why they're sticking with this political ********, I like the music because it's mental and their gigs are ******* insane. Somehow, I don't think an ES gig these days would have the same atmosphere as the Take to the Skies era?

loved the original demos then hated the first album when it was released and really got into common dreads.
