What does charge catolalog mean?
Will they charge for opening the catalouge?

I don't think they'd charge you for actually opening the catalog because if a new member has no credits, they won't be able to open the catalog, they won't see any furniture for sale which will make them buy credits. I know there's other peoples furniture up for trade but they may have no trading pass.

Actualy the catalogue charge thing probably has to do with fireworks.
Theres an achieve for charging pixels into fireworks so this is probably to do with it.
