Ok, i was browsing around a week or so ago and stumbled across this pad of some sort which is what i think is an electronic heating/cooling device and it said it was compatible with Computer cpus and could go below freezing.
Have any of you heard of this and remember the name? Thanks so much for all help!
EDIT: Found it, its a peltier cooler.
