No Outkast. Supremely disappointed. :'( The people who voted for this top ten should be ashamed. Nevertheless a great article all the way through. Surprised Gaga wasn't first though! But who better to take her spot than Rihanna. Now do the top ten indie songs of the past decade or the top ten bands/artists! :8

And this is just to name a few that should of been in the top 10.
The onlyone i fully agree with is Black eyed peas where is the love, which is a true classic which could of / should of taken the top spot.

There are actually so many "classics" from the 90's it's going hard for me to narrow my choices down to just 10 let alone 3 haha XD
