I think you should work on shading yet again. I am not being pedantic but I think you need to do shades nearer the original colour if you get me.
However, getting better.
My point of view they dont look evil, well the second one :P But keep it up :)
This is much better than the other one I just saw! Quite like this, the hair's shading is broken though :(
