Just invite your friends through the console and get it promoted on forums and through Habbo Radio Stations (HabboxLive is your best bet)

Yeah, some good advice has already been offered! I would suggest that you have an event on in the room and that you ensure that you invite all of your friends and ask them to invite their friends! Also, tune into www.Habboxlive.com - send in a shoutout asking the DJ to come party in your room and you never know, they might just do that! Good luck!
