Its pretty long. Next time try creating your own text because font generators make the r's and others to spaced you as said before in your other thread. , Maybe watch some tutorials on how to create some. And a different background because it seems you used the same on for your other banner
Not very good tbh, all you've done is copy two pictures on it and some text. Maybe try and be a bit more experimental with what you do.

It's massive, for some reason you made the dimensions 800x468. :S
Anyway, you could do with making it smaller, adding a few more images and putting a nice border. :)
