Yes, thats a really good idea, really good encase you suffer with lagg.
Yea someone suggested room moderator tools (mute, show message pop-up). I voted for it I think :P.

I do like this idea, so if anyone would like to link it, i'd vote, but I fear that it might be abused at times!
