Well the goals are:
99 mining
99 smithing
99 mage
All 3 should be off mining (230k ore nets me 99 mining +40k ore spare, 99 smithing via gold bars then 99 mage via high alch, plus profit on the alch)

High alch? Superheat the ore.
it requires 190k high alchs to 232k superheats
but i dunno, im a nub
