Quotation Marks

Hey,

Whenever there are quotation marks, it comes up with "&quot" and < comes up as "&alt"

I'm not sure if this is COMPLETELY everywhere, however I've noticed it on the competitions widget.

If you need screenshots then sure however I'm doing lots of stuff atm :D

I believe I've handled most of these, it is possible I missed a spot where this is still happening and if this is the case please reply back.

I think it's sorted, however on one of my comps Mike added a comment which had something like "<<<---" in it (Urban Dictionary) but these aren't showing up. Oh well, I don't think it's worth fixing it, I somehow think that there won't be many of them coming up! :P
