Have You Tried Deleting The Other Index?
when uploading click the box saying "Overwrite old file" :)
Ive Done The Overwrite Box It Wont Overwrite :-S
And Rare I Cant Find The Other Index :s
Any Ideas ?
Contact Your Host, Because If You Can't Find Index Then It's obviously A Glitch.

So I Just Name It Index.Html Il Try It And If It Dont Work Back To Sqaure One

Just name is index.html notice the lower case not Index.Html just index.html .
