I totally lack confidence and have recently come out of a year long relationship with a girl. We are still super close and I'm coming to terms with the break-up however I have a constantly paranoia that I'll never find another girlfriend. I'm not ugly or extremely good looking. I lack self-confidence. That is all :/
Paul, you are bound to feel bad right now and along with that automatically comes a huge drop in your feeling of self worth. Just give yourself time to get over this and that is what it is - just time. :)
and this time will feel like an eternity... good luck to you mate. Hope it all works out and you do come to terms with it... close friends for me made it much harder/impossible to get over my ex but if its working for you then good on ya!
