um yeah that's good for you and i don't want to jump to conclusions but don't you think that's obsessive? i was EXACTLY like you, actually i still am, where i'd totally avoid certain types of food. the sugars in fruit are good for you, there are more benefits to fruit than negatives and they're necessary. i refused to eat carbs or sugary food and i was totally worn out, i was having memory loss & feeling tired/confused/depressed a lot. there are good sugars and fats. i also don't eat processed or white bread/rice either. if this works for you that's great but you said it's for aesthetic purposes so.... i'm not sure if it's really healthy.
i don't diet anymore, i just eat small portions whenever i'm hungry. i don't eat more than i need to and rarely sweets/crisps. i don't care about how much or what carbs i eat anymore. i snack on fruits/nuts/natural yoghurt. + i do detox time to time.
