Did anyone hear/read on the news about the little girl who dug a 4 foot hole and then all the sand fell ontop of her and her brother, her brother was saved but unfortunately they didnt dig the sand out in time to save her so she died. This is shocking news, you would think that the parents would realise that if her head was below the opening of the hole they would have got her out. I guess you just don't expect these types of things to happen on holiday. My heart goes out to her and her family.

Omg yeah I watched that ont he news earlier, you wouldnt think something like that would happen really, I always used to dig holes at the beach when I was little :( its sad
No offence here but i think her parents would of thought something as horrible as that woudent of happend unforntunatley it did :(
Yeah it was on the front page of sun so I had a read :( Her stepdad tried saving her but couldn't. :(

I remmeber watching it on some show.. It was about kids and the dangers and things. Some teenage boy and his friends were mucking around and the same thing happened to him =/ And there was some story about some little boy who fell out a window on the second story of his house etc.
It's sad =[ Not too many people would expect that to happen..
I saw about that on the news, I felt sorry for her family and her stepdad who tried saving her.
I seen this on the news, and i saw it online.. sadly enough, its just up to road for me, where i normaly go fishing and stuff .. with my dad which we did not go.. being in cornwall it's devistaing, accden'ts do happen, the bit i dont understand is theirs a life guard hut only about 15 minutes away, R.I.P x

I think it's sad but why did their parents let them dig a whole that big anyway? I mean, I agree with the fact that if their head was below the top of the hole her parents should have tried to get her out? Anyway.. R.I.P.
