Bleeargh.

Attempting to be clever, I drunk a large 1L bottle of volvic within 5 minutes.

I was then sick. 3 times. And My bladder hurts. And I'm up for the toilet every 5 minutes or so. Water may be good for you but in large quantities, it hurts.

I drink about 3L a day but i mean like a litre over 5 hours ;)
