How do you put pictures (i.e alts) into your threads?

Either easy way; [IMG]url to picture[/IMG]
or even easier;
- www.photobucket.com
- www.imageshack.us

Use one of those two hosts and upload your alt/picture and simply copy IMG tag in your post.
Bearing in mind i am dumb ;) how do i know the url?
right click image > propties > copy > paste [img] URL [/img] simple
