Looking at making a site basically, but once it's up and running looking for somebody to run the site for me; I'll do all the coding and that so basically this person would be responsible for content ideas and promoting it as well as finding the staff etc.

I'm not the best with graphics either, so if anybody fancies giving a hand with graphics drop a message too.

Sorry, didn't specify just a general Habbo fansite.
I'll give you some advice, General Habbo Fansites won't survive. Habbo barely cares about them anymore so you'll have a Official Fansite review of all the un-official fansites suggested to them every 5 months or so?
Go ahead if you must, but fansites these days need a really unique idea for them or they'll go to pot.
