Wight Problems [Help]
Well, It started to come to me i was putting on too much fat a few weeks ago, I tryed to do more swimming, biking, running ect but i get so tired, So now this forum is open i thougt i could come here for a bit of help.
I was 7.5stone a few weeks ago and now i am 7stone. I am aimming for about 5.5 / 6stone, As i am rather tall for my age ( im 11 so it is a bit of a high wight and hence my bad spelling ),Could everone post some tips on how to get to my goal ? So far i have found out 5mins of sit ups a day and drinking more water
is ment to be good, Anyone got a vid of how todo a sit up? Im not sure im

Youre 11, you have a "flubby" stomach because of youre age, when i was 11 i was plump, its called puppy fat, you will lose it in time.

I'm 12 nearly 13 and i'm 7st .13
I was your weight when i was 11 and the wieght comes off on its own - trust me but 20 situps a day helps.
Dont do more than that because you'll start straining yourself - even though it wont feel like it.

Your not fat, I think that 6-7 stone is the most common weight for your age group :)
Also, don't go mental with excercises and stuff, you don't want to end up like a stick insect, and it's probably just puppy fat which you will lose in time :)
